The roundtable program will serve as a primer for legal aid attorneys and others on the insurance claims process for windstorm and flood claims. The speakers will provide a high level overview of best practices and next steps in the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey. Speakers will include Amy Bach and Dan Wade of United Policyholders, William Hoover, Property Claims Director for Nationwide, and Ernest B. Abbott, former general counsel of FEMA.
