In looking back, we see that the Governor signed all of the insurance-related bills passed in recent legislative session. This includes HB 924, regarding the interpretation of "occurrence" in CGL policies issued to construction professionals, and SB 1274, providing for external review by an independent review organization when an insured requests review of an insurer's denial of coverage.
